•   When setting the temperature, it can't reach the temperature you desired.

Check if the thermostat knob becomes loose or not, please ask the specialized agency to check and tight it.

•   The frying basket gets rusted after use.

The material of basket is chrome plating, so please clean and dry the basket after each use, then it won't get rusted.

•   The indication light flickers when cooking.

This is not a problem of quality, the indication light is connected to the thermostat, when temperature reaches the set one, the light turns off itself follow the thermostat off. When temperature down to set one, the thermostat starts to heat, and the light turn on again.
